Customized device Process (10 Steps)
Please read the following information to understand the device customization process. Customization time varies according to your brand needs, and can meet special order requirements. If you have any questions, please contact us.
The minimum order for pods & cartridges are 10k pieces. For batteries, the minimum is 5k pieces. Qualified businesses may get a special minimum of 3k.
Step 1: Communication
Contact us (Whatsapp/wechat/skype : +86 18018749190): We will provide you with professional solutions, help you find suitable device or hardware to use your oil, and help you build a brand to achieve success.
Step 3: Provide design drawings
If you are satisfied with the quotation, we will provide you with a product design drawing. If you have any questions about product design, we can help. For questions about other aspects of the product, please contact us.
Step 4: Digital Sample
Once we receive your final proposal, a digital sample (product mock-up) will be produced within 72 hours (the time may vary depending on the complexity of your design). If your team passes, we will start to make your physical samples.
Step 5: Packaging (Available Upon Request)
Custom packaging is available upon request, our resources allow us to offer competitive rates, please ask a member of our team for packaging requests.
Step 6: Physical sample
Upon approval of the digital sample, our team will produce your physical sample for review. Your physical sample should arrive within 5-10 business days upon approval, faster turn-around times are available upon request.
Step 7: Production approval
Once you have received and approved your physical product sample our team will request you fill out our production approval form allowing us to send your product into mass production.
Step 8: Mass production
Once the production approval form is complete, we will begin mass production and your product will be available in 4-6 weeks. (Mass Production timeline may vary depending on the quantity requested).
Step 9: Complete supply
This is when you get the shipment. All orders ship from our GMP Certified, ISO 9001, RoHS Compliant international facility. This allows Darg & Puff to offer you the most competitive pricing without compromising quality, technology, or design.
Step 10: Re-Ordering
Your Ecig was so hot they went up in smoke in an instant. No worries. We will stay in constant contact for as long as you need it. The reorder process is simple and just takes a few minutes. All you need to do is contact us.

We will design products according to the size you provide, the design you like and the finish you like. If you encounter difficulties in branding or designing, we will help you at any time.
